Set up a scheduled cron job to run sibyl-web-miner periodically. Use: hermes cron create --name web-miner --schedule "0 6 * * *" --prompt "python3 /opt/sibyl-web-miner/web_miner/cli.py --file /opt/urls.txt --max 100 --json". Status: pending (needs FC API running + URL file).
